Sure, you may have just been diagnosed with a medical issue by your doctor and have been recommended to see a dietitian for medical nutrition therapy. Or maybe you are working on recovering from an eating disorder or disordered eating.
What you really want is to feel better, and not just for this second. You want lasting change that improves your health: long-term.
While there are many coaches, dietitians, nutritionists, and the like in practice, not all of them are the same. Some may mask their diet protocol for their clients under the guise of a “lifestyle change.” Some may judge you by your size. Some may be perceived as experts, but lack the educational depth in the practice of eating and caring for your body.
You can be assured, my philosophy and practice is none of these.
Together we will explore your story, how you arrived where you are today, and where you want to be. We will uncover underlying patterns and root causes. We will begin to notice, just notice, how your eating is related to the rest of your life. You do not live in a vacuum, free from external and internal influencers for your food-body relationship.
